Failure to maintain accurate information may result in restrictions on account access.

You agree to notify Pictet Group immediately if:

Digital Banking Services

Pictet Group provides access to:

  • Mobile Banking
  • Secure Messaging
  • Account Monitoring
  • Transaction History
  • Electronic Statements

Service availability may be affected by:

  • System Maintenance
  • Technical Failures
  • Security Events
  • Regulatory Requirements
  • Force Majeure Circumstances

Deposits and Account Funding

All deposits are subject to:

  • Compliance Reviews
  • Anti-Money Laundering Screening
  • Funds Availability Policies

Pictet Group reserves the right to place temporary holds on funds where required by law or internal compliance procedures.

Transfers and Payments

Pictet Group is not responsible for delays caused by intermediary institutions.

Fees and Charges

Fees may apply to:

Clients will be notified of applicable fees through published schedules or service agreements.

Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

Pictet Group complies with international AML and financial crime prevention regulations.

Sanctions Compliance

Clients agree not to use Pictet Group services in violation of international sanctions, trade restrictions, or financial regulations.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated where sanctions concerns arise.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, graphics, designs, trademarks, and proprietary materials associated with Pictet Group remain the exclusive property of the institution.

No material may be copied, distributed, modified, or reproduced without prior written authorization.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pictet Group shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect Damages
  • Consequential Damages
  • Lost Profits
  • Business Interruptions
  • Delays Beyond Reasonable Control
  • Third-Party System Failures

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion would be unlawful.

Suspension and Termination

Pictet Group may suspend, restrict, or terminate services if:

  • Fraud is suspected
  • Security concerns arise
  • Regulatory obligations require action
  • False information is provided

Clients may close their accounts subject to applicable obligations and outstanding liabilities.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Geneva, Switzerland, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

Pictet Group reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.

Updated versions will be published through official channels and become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
